When signing up to join Slöwe’s community, you agree to the terms and conditions: 

 

Slöwe Studio Terms

  1. Bookings are to be made via our website through the Fresha app or via email of phone call.
  2. To book a treatment with Slöwe Studio, payment must be made at the time of booking via our website through the Fresha app or over the phone pro via payment link sent via email. Customers are also welcome to pay in the studio for a future booking.
  3. Slöwe Studio has a strict 12 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Failure to make changes to your booking within this time frame will result in you being charged in full for your treatment.
  4. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment Slöwe Studio has to right to forfeit your booking and charge in full for the missed appointment.
  5. Slöwe Studio is not liable to refund, transfer treatments or offer compensation of any kind for customers that are late, changed or cancelled their scheduled appointment that is out of our cancellation policy timeframe. 
  6. Slöwe Studio has the authority to refuse entry at any time if a customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaves in a manner that is unacceptable towards our customers or staff. In the event that this occurs, any payment made will not be refunded. 
  7. Slöwe Studio is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings while visiting our studio. Please take all belongings to your private room. 
  8. Please make us aware if you are feeling unwell prior to your treatment, or whether you have any medical conditions that may impact your treatment at Slöwe Studio. 
  9. Slöwe Studio is not liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio or the use of our services. 
  10. Slöwe Studio reserves the right to alter prices of our treatments, we ensure to give you notice if doing so. 
  11. All sweat packs, sweat + chill packs, memberships and gift cards are non transferable and non refundable.
  12. By booking a sweat or sweat + chill at Slöwe Studio, you agree to the terms and conditions above.
