infrared sauna
release tension, restore energy and rehabilitate muscles in our infrared saunas. our saunas use infrared heating panels that emit light to penetrate the body directly rather than the air around you, allowing you to have a deeper cleansing experience.
during your session you will have
50 minutes to utilise your own private sauna room equipped with a shower, aotea toiletries and an area to change, we will also supply towels for the duration of your session.
our saunas can fit up to 3 people. feel free to bring a friend to sweat with.

contrast therapy
restore muscles and revitalise your nervous system in our contrast therapy rooms, equipped with an infrared sauna and ice bath. alternating between the heat and the cold alternates the blood flow throughout your body, this helps to reduce inflammation and stimulate healing.
during your session you will have 80 minutes to utilise your own private room equipped with a sauna, ice bath, shower, aotea toiletries and an area to change, we will also supply towels for the duration of your session.
